                <p><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><strong>POLICIES ON ADMISSIONS<\/strong><\/span><\/p><ol><li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">All applicants to the Grade School are required to undergo the admission screening process.\u00a0 The screening process will provide the school with data to determine the eligibility of the applicant for acceptance into Xavier School.<\/span><\/li><li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Parents will be informed about the result of the screening process.\u00a0 However, the <\/span><b>details of the results will remain confidential<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">.<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The applicant is given the admission test once only.\u00a0 Re-testing is not allowed.<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">All applicants should have passing grades in all subjects from the previous grade level and in the First and Second Quarter\/Trimester of the current grade level for SY 2023-2024.<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u00a0<\/span><\/li><li>All accepted transferees are placed on probationary status in their first year in the Grade School.<\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">All applicants are required to undergo Vision and Hearing Screening Tests and a comprehensive medical check-up. Results of the tests should be submitted with the other requirements before testing. <\/span><strong>Note<\/strong>: The results of the vision and hearing screening tests may be deferred.
