Upon confirmation by the Board of Trustees of Xavier School during its meeting on 3 December 2022, I am pleased to announce the Principal\u2019s Teams in Grade School and High School, who will serve from S.Y. 2023-2024 to 2025-2026:<\/span><\/p>

For the information of the younger faculty and staff, brief profiles of the administrators are provided in this memo.<\/p>

I sincerely thank the outgoing Assistant Principals for the service they rendered to our community: Mr. Exxon Ryan U. Yu and Ms. Rovelita N. Bermejo.<\/p>

For submitting themselves to the search process, I express my gratitude to Ms. Aimee A. Apolinario, Mr. Rey B. Aude, Ms. Adelaida H. Bague, Mr. Christian J. Bumatayo, Ms. Jo-Anne N. Celestial, Ms. Maricon L. Leehuekee, Ms. Marie Rose R. Lugapo, and Mr. Francis Jim B. Tuscano. The documented discussions during the search process provide valuable inputs for leadership training and succession in the school.<\/p>

MRS. JANE CALLEJA-CACACHO<\/strong>
Principal<\/strong><\/p>

Mrs. Calleja-Cacacho has been with Xavier School for 31 years, and holds an MA degree in Education, Major in Special Education, from the University of the Philippines. She started as a GS English teacher and has served in various administrative positions, such as Grade 4 Team Leader, GS Student Activity Program Coordinator, Grade 3 Level Coordinator, Administrative Assistant to the School Director, GS English Department Chair, and HS Principal. She is currently the GS Principal.<\/p>

Assistant Principal for Academics<\/strong><\/p>

Mr. Perez has been serving the School for 26 years, and holds an MA degree in Science Education from the National Institute of Education in Singapore. After being a GS Science teacher for many years, he was appointed as the department\u2019s Chairperson, and then as GS Assistant Principal for Academics, a position that he holds at present.<\/p>

MRS. JOAL RIA SANTOS-ORQUEZA<\/strong>
Assistant Principal for Formation<\/strong><\/p>

Mrs. Santos-Orqueza is in her 25th year of service in the School and has an MA in Education, Major in Educational Administration from the Ateneo de Manila University. After serving as a teacher in Nursery, Prep and Grade 1, she served in various administrative positions: Kinder Team Leader, Grade 2 Team Leader, Grades 5 to 6 Team Leader, and currently, as GS Assistant Principal for Formation.<\/p>

MRS. MA. THERESA NEBRES-LADRIDO<\/strong>
Principal<\/strong><\/p>

Mrs. Nebres-Ladrido has been with the School for 25 years, and holds an MA degree in Education, Major in Educational Administration from the Ateneo de Manila University. She started as an English teacher in HS, and later served in various administrative positions: HS English Department Chair, HS Assistant for Academic Affairs, English Overall Coordinator, HS Assistant Principal for Academics, Senior HS Assistant Principal for Academics, HS Principal and Academic Supervisor of the School System. She currently holds the two latter positions. She received the Pineau-Clifford Educator\u2019s Award for Outstanding Junior Faculty in S.Y. 2001-2002.<\/p>

MR. PAOLO C. SUAPENGCO<\/strong>
Junior High School Assistant Principal for Academics<\/strong><\/p>

Mr. Suapengco has been serving the School for 11 years, and holds an MA degree in Basic Education Teaching from the Ateneo de Manila University. After being an English teacher in HS, he was appointed as the Department Chairperson of JHS English, and then as IBDP Coordinator, a position that he holds at present. He received the Pineau-Clifford Educator\u2019s Award for Outstanding Junior Faculty in S.Y. 2019-2020.<\/p>

MS. MARICEL D. NGO<\/strong>
Senior High School Assistant Principal for Academics<\/strong><\/p>

Ms. Ngo has been serving the School for 7 years, and is pursuing an MA degree in Educational Administration (Thesis Writing) at the University of the Philippines- Diliman. After being a Science teacher in HS, she became the Chemistry Curriculum Leader in SHS, Assistant to the SHS Standard Program Coordinator, and SHS Standard Program Coordinator, a position that she holds at present.<\/p>

MRS. ANDREA CHAVELI VENTOSA-DELA CERNA<\/strong>
Assistant Principal for Formation<\/strong><\/p>

Mrs. Ventosa-Dela Cerna is in her 18th year of service in the School, and holds an MA degree in Education, Major in Educational Administration from the Ateneo de Manila University. She has served the School in various capacities: GS English teacher, GS Team Leader for Unit 3, Middle School Team Leader for Grades 7 and 8, HS Prefect of Discipline, and HS Assistant Principal for Formation, a position she holds until the present.<\/p>
