Join XAVIER SCHOOL\u2019s\u00a0FAIR BAZAAR\u00a0on<\/span><\/p>

1-2 February 2020 (Sat-Sun)<\/span><\/p>

9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.<\/span><\/p>

Dear Prospective Fair Bazaar Concessionaires,<\/span><\/p>

\u00a0<\/span><\/p>

Xavier School will hold its annual school fair on 1 (Sat) \u2013 2 (Sun) February 2020, from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Through the school fair bazaar, we raise a substantial portion for the Alay Kapwa Fund that will aid the school\u2019s various beneficiaries such as outreach programs of the student council and donations in times of typhoons and natural calamities. <\/span>Y<\/span>our participation will be a valuable contribution to this worthwhile advocacy of the school.<\/span><\/p>

WHO CAN SELL?<\/span><\/p>

\u00a0<\/span><\/p>

Bazaar space is available to interested non-food concessionaires except for real estate establishments, tutorial centers, preschools and other related educational learning centers.<\/span><\/p>

\u00a0<\/span><\/p>

WHAT NOT TO SELL?<\/span><\/p>

\u00a0<\/span><\/p>

Concessionaires are NOT ALLOWED to sell ANY OF THE FOLLOWING:<\/span><\/p>

\u00a0<\/span><\/p>

  1. food items (including packed or canned goods such as Pringles, chocolates, gum, candy, and the like)\u00a0<\/span><\/p><\/li>

  2. toys and items that promote violence and pornography<\/span><\/p><\/li>

  3. real animals and pets\u00a0<\/span><\/p><\/li>

  4. comic books, trading cards, and the like<\/span><\/p><\/li>

  5. pirated goods and contraband materials\u00a0<\/span><\/p><\/li>

  6. any item that espouses violence and moral decay (e.g. pointed objects, party\/snow spray, etc.)<\/span><\/p><\/li>

  7. any item that poses a health hazard (e.g. laser pens, confetti spray, hair color spray, henna or permanent tattoo)\u00a0<\/span><\/p><\/li>

  8. any product that has no educational value<\/span><\/p><\/li><\/ol>

    COST and OTHER DETAILS:<\/span><\/p>

    \u00a0<\/span>Booth fee is\u00a0<\/span>P<\/span>4,500\u00a0for two (2) days. This allows the concessionaires to use 9 x 8 ft space with provision for electricity (upon request), and three (3) monobloc chairs. This also includes entrance tickets for three (3) persons who will be manning the booth.<\/span><\/p>

    PROCEDURE:<\/span><\/p>

    If you are interested in securing a bazaar space, please fill out the downloadable BAZAAR CONCESSIONAIRE APPLICATION FORM<\/a> below or secure a copy at the Information Desk at Gate 2, Central Administration Building.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>

    Fill out the form properly and completely with a detailed and specified items and price list. This will be used to compare items with other concessionaires. Identical items with other concessionaires who submitted their application form earlier will be cancelled from your list.<\/span><\/p>

    \u00a0<\/span><\/p>

    First-come, first-served basis. ALL APPLICATIONS ARE SUBJECT TO APPROVAL BY THE FAIR BAZAAR COMMITTEE. You will be notified by email of approval of your application. Please pay the fee at the Accounting Office upon approval of the application form. <\/span>NO REFUNDS FOR CANCELLATIONS<\/span>.<\/span><\/p>

    The Fair Bazaar Committee expects all concessionaires to provide quality products, reasonable prices, honest transactions and good customer service. Neither the Fair Bazaar Committee accepts responsibility for the loss or damage of a concessionaire\u2019s merchandise. Concessionaires are urged to take all precautions necessary to ensure that merchandise is carefully guarded against theft and\/or damages.<\/span><\/p>

    <\/span>18 November 2019 (Mon) to 24 January 2020 (Fri)<\/span><\/p>

    We will only entertain walk-in applicants on Monday to Friday from 8:00 am to 3:00 pm (with lunch break) and Saturday from 8:00 am to 11:00 am<\/span><\/p>
