GRANT-IN-AID APPLICATION<\/span><\/b><\/p>

School Year 2021-2022<\/span><\/b><\/p>

The Application Period for financial assistance for the cost of Xavier Education through the Grant-In-Aid Program (GIA) is open to any currently enrolled and qualified student of Xavier School (San Juan and Nuvali) for school year 2021-2022.<\/span><\/p>

For those who are interested, please take note of the following:<\/span><\/p>

A.\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 <\/span><\/span><\/b>Schedule<\/span><\/b><\/p>

1.\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 <\/span><\/span>For Old<\/i><\/b> Applicants<\/span><\/p>

November 3 to 13, 2020<\/span><\/b>: \u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Submission of Accomplished Forms and Requirements<\/span><\/p>

\u00a0<\/p>

2.\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 <\/span><\/span>For New<\/i><\/b> Applicants (Incoming Kindergarten and Transferees)<\/span><\/p>

a)\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 <\/span><\/span>Application Forms will be made available after the release of the Admission Results<\/b>.<\/span><\/p>

b)\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 <\/span><\/span>Submission of accomplished forms and other requirements will begin after the payment of the Reservation Fee<\/b>.<\/span><\/p>

c)\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 <\/span><\/span>The deadline for the submission of accomplished forms and other requirements will be on March 1, 2021<\/b>.<\/span><\/p>

\u00a0<\/span><\/p>

B.\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 <\/span><\/span><\/b>Guidelines<\/span><\/b><\/p>

1.\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 <\/span><\/span>The parents or guardian of student applicants must submit a Letter of Intent stating their reasons for applying for financial assistance.<\/span><\/p>

2.\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 <\/span><\/span>The accomplished Application Form and requirements should be submitted digitally in .zip format via e-mail to <gia-mail@xs.edu.ph> with the student\u2019s name as the file name.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>

3.\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 <\/span><\/span>In addition to the digital copy, kindly send a hard copy to Xavier School San Juan (Gate 1) or Xavier School Nuvali (Gate 2). The applications from Nuvali will be forwarded to San Juan. Please address the envelope to:<\/span><\/p>

\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0Do note that the school\u2019s security guards are on duty 24\/7 including Sundays and holidays.<\/span><\/p>

4.\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 <\/span><\/span>We will not accept Application Forms with incomplete requirements and information, and those submitted after the specified deadline.<\/span><\/p>

C.\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 <\/span><\/span><\/b>Criteria for Application<\/span><\/b><\/p>

Any duly registered (i.e. currently enrolled) student of Xavier School; incoming Kindergarten, incoming Grade 7 student and transferee (through OUTRIGHT ACCEPTANCE) is qualified to apply for financial assistance under the GIA Program provided that the family is currently unable to pay for the cost of Xavier School education.<\/span><\/p>

D.\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 <\/span><\/span><\/b>Release of GIA Results<\/span><\/b><\/p>

The GIA Results will be e-mailed to the applicants in March 2021.<\/span><\/p>
