Grade School Admissions
Xavier School’s Grade School program allows students to explore a rich curriculum, building strong skills in essential subjects such as mathematics, language arts, and science, while nurturing them to become people for others.
This period fosters friendships, develops character, and plants the seeds of lifelong learning, laying the groundwork for future achievements.
Xavier School believes the principle of “No student who is otherwise qualified, shall be deprived of a Xavier education solely for financial reasons.” As such, the school offers the Grant-in-Aid Program for financially challenged but otherwise qualified students the opportunity of quality education that Xavier School offers.

I. ENROLLMENT RESERVATION
For accepted applicants, parents must pay the reservation fee to confirm enrollment. The acceptance letter will include detailed instructions on how to settle the payment and other relevant information. Parents must also submit the second set of required documents.
Note: Once the Accounting Office verifies the payment, the Parents/Students Portal will be updated with the next steps.
II. SECTION ASSIGNMENTS FOR ACCEPTED APPLICANTS
The school reserves the right to assign accepted applicants to either a morning or afternoon session. Priority for the morning session will be given to those with older brothers currently studying in Xavier School.
Section assignments will be posted during the Parents’ Orientation in June 2026.
