Pre-Kindergarten Admissions
Xavier School’s Pre-Kindergarten Program establishes a strong foundation for a lifelong journey of learning and discovery. During these crucial early years, we support children in exploring, fostering curiosity, and growing. Through interactive activities and a nurturing atmosphere, we ignite each child’s potential by building essential skills in literacy, numeracy, creativity, and social interaction.
Xavier School believes the principle of “No student who is otherwise qualified, shall be deprived of a Xavier education solely for financial reasons.” As such, the school offers the Grant-in-Aid Program for financially challenged but otherwise qualified students the opportunity of quality education that Xavier School offers.

I. ENROLLMENT RESERVATION
For applicants who have been accepted, parents are required to pay the reservation fee, which serves as confirmation of their intent to enroll their son at Xavier School. The acceptance letter will provide detailed instructions on how to settle the reservation fee, along with other relevant information. Parents are likewise reminded to submit the second set of required documents.
Note: Once the Accounting Office verifies the payment, the Parents/Students Portal will be updated to reflect the next steps and further instructions.
II. SECTION ASSIGNMENTS FOR ACCEPTED APPLICANTS
1. The school reserves the right to assign accepted applicants to either a morning or an afternoon session. Priority for the morning session will be given to accepted applicants with older brothers studying at Xavier School.
2. The section assignments will be posted during the Parents’ Orientation in June 2026.
