Peace to all!
We are pleased to announce that in its regular meeting held on 05 September 2026, the Board of Trustees has unanimously elected Mr. Jacinto “Jack” Ng, Jr. (’86) as the new Chairman of the Board of Trustees of Xavier School, Inc. (XSI), beginning 01 April 2027.
Mr. Ng has served as Trustee and then Adviser of XSI Board prior to his election. He is also a Trustee of Xavier School Educational and Trust Fund, Inc. (XSETF) since 2014 and has been serving as the Chairman of the Board of XSETF from 2018 until the present.
A proud alumnus of Xavier School from the Class of 1986 and a UP College of Architecture graduate, Mr. Ng is a distinguished entrepreneur and social impact advocate whose work has focused on property development, social housing, renewable energy, and community development.
Together with his father, he founded the Joy~Nostalg Group in 2007 and later established the Joy~Nostalg Foundation and Extraordinary Enclaves with Raemulan Lands, which have developed more than 80,000 homes for Filipino families. His commitment to sustainable development and social housing has earned him national and international recognition.
Among his notable distinctions are being named EY Entrepreneur of the Year Philippines 2024 and Master Entrepreneur, as well as representing the Philippines at the EY World Entrepreneur of the Year 2025 in Monte Carlo, Monaco. He was also recognized among the Meaningful Business 100 (MB100) for 2025. In December 2025, he was also honored with the Xavier-Kuangchi Award for Exemplary Alumni by Xavier School.
We look forward to Mr. Ng’s leadership and partnership with the School President, Board of Trustees, Jesuit community, and the entire Xavier School community in advancing the mission of the School.
