During the celebration of the Environmental Awareness Month last November, Xavier School’s Green Team, together with the Cooking Club, started a project to promote the biological diversity of the Philippines, as well as the appreciation of these herbs and spices that are either native to or are commonly available and used in our country. Given the increasing interest of both students and teachers in cooking during the pandemic, the HS Student Activity Program Office proudly launches:
NATURE’S TREASURES: A Recipe Book Compiled by Green Team and the Cooking Club
This compilation contains 20 recipes using different herbs and spices perfect for any season, including the original ones from some members of the moderator of the Cooking Club.
