Selected Xavier Taekwondo varsity black belters completed and passed the rigorous selection process for the Philippine Taekwondo Contingent Brotherhood (PTC) held last September 25, 2022, at the Philippine Taekwondo Central Headquarters in Rizal Memorial Complex, Manila.

They are:

Gabriel Lapuz (8B)

Miguel Lapuz (10A)

Lucio Franco Gabriel Mendoza (6A)

Marcus Santino Antonio Mendoza (8F)

Anton Luis Quito (8D)

Miro Angelo Te (6G)

Marcus Santino Antonio Mendoza, and Miguel Lapuz also got accepted to the Taekwondo Black Belter Brotherhood Jr (TBB Jr.) during the same event.

The PTC and TBB are the elite programs of the Philippine Taekwondo Association (PTA) that serve as the breeding ground for future Taekwondo national team players, Olympians, and international medalists. Taekwondo jins from NCR and other provinces were among the participants.

Also joining them in this event is PTC Batch 22 member and Xavier Taekwondo black belter, Amari Morales (7E), who celebrated his graduation from this prestigious program.

With the support and recommendations of Xavier Taekwondo Coaches Jobet Morales, Jason Locsin, and Jeordan Dominguez, these young men now have more opportunities to let their light shine as they represent and bring more honor to the school and our country in the future.

Congratulations and Luceat Lux!
