Re: Entrance and Exit Gates for SY 2022-2023


Greetings of Peace! Please be informed of the school gates that will be used as ENTRANCE and EXIT of students for School Year 2022-2023. Note that in the interest of the health and safety of the community, there will be designated entrance/exit gates for each year level.

GATE 3

Entrance & Exit gate for GRADE 2 students.

GATE 4

Entrance & Exit gate for GRADE 3 and GRADE 4 students.

Other GS students with siblings in the Junior and Senior High School who will come to school together.

GATE 6

Entrance & Exit gate for KINDER and GRADE 1 students.

GATE 8

Entrance & Exit gate for GRADE 5 and GRADE 6 students.

GATE 9

Entrance & Exit gate for GRADE 10, GRADE 11 and GRADE 12 students, and other HS students with siblings in the Junior High School who will come to school together.

GATE 14

Entrance & Exit gate for GRADE 7, GRADE 8 and GRADE 9 students.

Please be informed and reminded of the following protocols and procedures that will be implemented this year. This is also to avoid clogging at the gates and to ease the traffic within the vicinity of the school.

•Staggered schedules will be observed in the morning and during dismissal time for each grade level. Please refer to the specific schedule indicated in the GS/HS Hyflex Primer SY 22-23.

•At the gates, before tap-in of IDs, students are supposed to do the following: 1) temperature scanning, 2) hand sanitation, 3) health screening (via Dashlabs.ai app). Instructions regarding Dashlabs.ai app will be released in a separate circular.

•Students should proceed directly to the classrooms.

•Parents/fetchers/companions will only be allowed up to a certain point only and are not allowed to enter the school.

•During dismissal, please fetch your son/s on time as students will not be allowed to play or loiter around the school after dismissal time.

•Appropriate waiting areas for students and/or parents/fetchers will be in place at the gates.
