TO THE XAVIER COMMUNITY:
The Xavier School Athletics Department is proud to offer Module 3 of different sports programs for SY 2023-2024. This incredible opportunity allows students to actively participate in physical activities, enabling them to acquire new skills, enhance their fitness levels, foster self-confidence, develop exceptional character and cultivate other positive traits that contribute to their holistic growth.
For the safety of all participants, the following health guidelines will be strictly implemented:
Wearing of face masks during sports activities is optional. However, they should still be worn at indoor spaces when the participants are not playing .
Temperature will be checked upon entry. Students with temperatures of 37.5 or higher will be sent home, and instructed to isolate.
There are alcohol stations in strategic locations in the campus, but participants should still bring their own sanitation and disinfection kits. Classes will have sanitation and disinfection breaks.
Participants should bring their individual reusable water bottles. Single use plastics are not allowed on campus.
We discourage bringing food and eating inside the campus. If one must eat, proceed to the GS Open Dining Area.
Only ONE (1) Parent/Companion per participant will be allowed in the program venues. All other companions will be asked to stay and wait in the Fetchers’ Area. For indoor venues like Badminton, Chess, Fencing, Karate, and Taekwondo, companions will be asked to wait and stay in the Fetchers’ Area.
